Strategy based on based on rising falling derived from price high low close

Hello,

Im trying to build a strategy that is based on the rising or falling of a moving average. I already can do a strategy based on rising and falling but i can only do that for one moving average. I need to have 3 sma based on high low and close. if they are all rising buy, if all falling sell.

Its a strategy based on Raghee Horner Fibonacci Wave.
