opening trade

hello, this seems to be an obvious thing to do but it eludes me. I have a strategy that needs to start executing with a long trade at the most current trading bar. How do I identify the current trading bar when loading the strategy? If I have 5 days loaded, the strategy executes for all of those days as if each bar was the current trading bar. But I need to force a long trade only on the most current trading bar. Any thoughts? thanks!

You can use a Historical check to ensure you only run on real-time data:

if(Historical)
return;

Place the above code at the beginning of the OnBarUpdate() method,
