Multi time frame
I was going through the help section on multi time frames and need a little help. Can anyone give me an overview of how this works and its purpose in a strategy?

Hello diggerydoo99,
A Multi-Time Frame script is going to work like adding a secondary Data Series of a different time to a chart. It is going to load a another Data Series inside of your script that you can use for things like calculations. Say for example that you have a 1 Min chart but you would like to see the SMA of a 5 Min time frame on your 1 Min chart. This can be done by adding a second Data Series and then plotting the SMA from that Data Series as demonstrated in the video below.
Inside of a script you would not visually see it but your script will still have access to that data so that you can use it inside of your Indicator/Strategy.JCNinjaTrader Customer Service
