    Analyzing different instruments

    Hello!
I'm pretty new to Ninjatrader and would like to develop my own strategy. Unfortunately I don't understand how I can analyse two different stocks at at time.

Basically I want do the following:

    - if the RSI of stockA is bigger than of stockB then close the position of stockB (when I was long) and buy stockA

    - if the RSI of stockB is bigger than of stockA then close the position of stockA (when I was long) and buy stockA

Can somebody help out? I have especially a problem with the term "if the RSI of stockB is bigger than of stockA" ...

Thank you very much in advance
    Kejo

    Hello Kejo,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forum!

I recommend reviewing the information at the following link for details on how to use multiple time-frame and instruments in your strategy: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...nstruments.htm

For the RSI greater then and RSI of another instrument you willneed to use BarsArray: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h.../barsarray.htm

Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.
