How to use Histogram in strategy

I was wanting to use the histogram in the strategy for going long and short and didn't know how. Does it have anything to do with the offset, and how would i do it in the strategy wizard setup.

I want to be able to go long when its positive and short when its negative below the 0 line

Would you know how to plot a rising ADX or an ADX Greater than 18+

Do you or does anyone know how to plot an ADX thats rising or is greater than a certain number, id like to toggle it

What i did was use the MACD on both sides and on the left use the toggle Diff over the right side MACD avg. In reference if anyone was wanting to do it. Im pretty sure thats what i took out of that.

I didn't get as good of resaults as expected, thanks for your help very much

Using the awesome oscillator or historgram

Im still unsure how the histogram works ive got a couple of MACD indicators that let me to toggle the plot to the historgram on the strategy wizard, but do i use the avg. in comparison or the MACD toggle? on plot.

Another question about histograms is when it is rising lets say the oscillator of the historgram for more than 2 bars prior how would i create that.

I've attached a picture of what i want, can you explain to me how i would do that preferably in the strategy wizard, or if not in detailed step by step code. In which id get this functional after using the strategy wizard? Thanks so much,
