How to set default timeframe & session?

When I try to apply a strategy, in the default settings,

Data series -> Value is 1

Time frame -> Session template is "<Use Instrument Setting>"

How could I change them in my strategy initialization code? So I don't need to manually change them every time I want to apply.

Thank you for your post.

You can actually set the settings and parameters that you wish and then right click in the Strategy settings and select 'Set Default For MyStrategy'. This will save your settings as the default for that strategy.

Otherwise it would require the use of unsupported code in Ninjascript to set these settings.

Please let me know if setting your parameters as the default will work or you would prefer to look into unsupported methods. I will be unable to support these methods but I can point you in the right direction if you wish to go this route.
