MB trading error

Hey All,

Since I already contacted ninja's support and they didn't know. I'd figure I throw this out to the community, and see if any one throws me a bone.

I haven't seen this error before maybe you guys can help shed some light on it. I get what it means, but I don't know what reason there would be not being able to cancel a limit not filled order.

Error:

So I may look into this further, can you recall the tech you were working with over email? Do you have the ticket number from your support case? This should be in the subject line of an email.

Should any community members have any ideas, please feel free to share you experience on this error while we look into this further with MBT.
