know position after shutdown?

Hi,

I plan to run a strategy that will frequently hold overnight. Is there a way to disconnect Ninja from the broker, shut down, and then start up and reconnect the next day and still know the position in the strategy?

I'm connecting through a broker that uses TT.

Strategies are not persisted between shut downs. You will have to restart the strategy the next day and see where it is at.

I'm not sure what you mean. If I restart the strategy, can I detect open positions and close them?

My limited experience thus far showed that I can't detect previous positions. Is this wrong?
