How to avoid Historical Trades @ Strategy Start

Q1. I have a strategy that manages various exits for a trade but does not require any entry logic in the strategy. I want it to execute ONE time immediately when I start the strategy.

How can I get my strategy to stop trying to trade historical data before it gets to my real time immediate entry?

Q2. Is there a way to toggle a strategy on and off from the chart?

Alternatively if you're just tracking one trade you could do it with a simple bool check.

The fastest way to "toggle" a strategy is going to be from the control center but you can enable/disable from a chart by right clicking the chart -> strategies and enabling/disabling.
