making edits to strategies (not any parameters) while they are enabled.

Hi:

If I enable some strategies and while they are on, I adjust some of the code for the strategies, will the new code be immediately active? I know it will not disable the strategies cause I have tested that...

However, will the new edited code take effect seemlessly? Or, will it keep the old code till it is reenabled? Or, will it actually cause execution issues etc?

I know if parameters are adjusted, then the strategy would disappear, but I am just talking about making non-parameter adjustments....

Until you restart the strategy it will not be updated even after compiling. It will continue to use the old strategy. You will manually have to disable/re-enable the strategy.
