MBTrading positions in NT, Navigator, and real time on the MBTrading website

Hi folks...

What do I need to do to be sure the position amount in the PNL within the positions window and also the Navigator are correct? I looked at a live trade and a demo and they both were 200 times more than I expected in the PNL. I quickly went to the PNL direct on the MBTrading website and it was showing the correct amount (not what was in the NT positions PNL and the NT Navigator PNL.

Basically, how can I make sure to get everything lined up properly within both NT and the NT Navigator so it is not confusing (also need the unrealized, realized, and profitloss sections to be correct with the accounts in the Market Analysis windows).

Hi Greg, to get correct PNL conversion for realtime trades done on Demo or Live accounts, please ensure the Market Analyzer is populated with the Forex instrument list before placing any execution - this will ensure the needed rates are available to convert.

Hi B...

What about in the Positions tab in NT and also the Positions tab in the Navigator? During the trade, they are way off...however, when the trade closes everything is correct (as far as the numbers go)? This is regardless of the Market Analyzer as and also when the MA is not even open though...
