historical data out of sync after timezone change

working on a remote install where user had timezone set to pacific and download the entire NQ 12-12 contract for replay.

will not replay properly since the historical data is out of sync... ie. it bars that ended 15:47 at shown as 14:06.... not an expected 3 hours exactly.... other bars out by 2+ hours etc.

tried db repair, db reset, reload all historical... downloaded a couple days of replay data now that clock is on eastern and the historical still off by and hour or two.

out of ideas

do we need to rename the database ?

re-install ninja?

seems pretty poor that ninja can not deal with a timezone change btw

Thank you for your post.

Was the timezone of the PC changed while NinjaTrader was running? If that's correct, a restart of NinjaTrader would be required to apply the change in timezones.

yes ninja was running and restarted many times with no change... hence the post

a complete re-install on ninja was required to get it to recognize/plot the data correctly
