COBC(true) and Tick Bars

if backtesting is available only with CalculateOBC == true, can it be some kind of a solution to simply use added Bars object for the strategy logic target and backtest the script on a 1-tick bars based chart?

Yes, you can add a 1 tick series in backtesting and then use it for your calcs or submit orders directly to this series, the more advanced order entry methods have a BIP parameter for this task - please take note that this does not apply to the Set methods though.
