extremely slow historical data

this morning charts on both my local machine and server are extremely slow to populate even though blank...i.e. no indicators...no strategies... just 33 days of 60 second data...

usually it takes seconds...this morning 2 or 3 minutes a chart.... times 12 charts

same problem with several of my users....blank charts taking forever.

did ninja reformat historical data or something?

• You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
• The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

• You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
• The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
