troubles with closing position

    troubles with closing position

    Dear friends.
    I try to close all open positions. But I have troubles. I have use trace orders, and get such messages
    23.11.2012 09:58:44 Entered internal PlaceOrder() method at 23.11.2012 09:58:44: BarsInProgress=0 Action=Sell OrderType=Market Quantity=0 LimitPrice=0 StopPrice=0 SignalName='' FromEntrySignal=''
    23.11.2012 09:58:44 Ignored PlaceOrder() method: Action=Sell OrderType=Market Quantity=0 LimitPrice=0 StopPrice=0 SignalName=Sell' FromEntrySignal='' Reason='There already is a matching, filled exit order in place'

    I have such troubles with closing position after partial closing position.
    For example, I have reduce positions from 3 lots to 2 lots. If i want to reduce it once more, I have troubles, strategy still working but it cant close position, partial or full position size.

      To assist you further can you please let me know a step-by-step reproducible scenario.

      Also can you please send the log and trace files to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
      • You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
      • The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

      • You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
      • The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"


      Please append Attn:Joydeep in the subject line of the email and give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

        Most active strategy testing were at Thursday, Friday (22,23 of November).
