Optimizer not working

Hey guys I ran the optimizer and listen to what happened. I ran the optimizer on about 9 parameters on a set of stocks, it gave me the optimal parameters so I reran the backtest with the same data and the results were actually worse than when I run them with my original parameters on the same data. Is there a plausible explanation for that?

Could you please provide me with the strategy (or simplified version of the strategy) so that I may test the results on my end?
The .cs file is located in (my)Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom\Strategy

Additionally please provide me with an image of your Strategy Analyzer with the optimization test settings that you used open.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
