The code looks fine.

If you append the below code in the initialize section of the strategy then are you getting any Prints in the Output Window

I'm sorry but as you can see in the attached picture, there is no "Long2" order executed...

Have you appended the TraceOrders code in the Initialize section of the code.

If so then what messages are you getting in the output window (Tools>Output Window).
