Active Orders?

When I try to exit Ninja, it says I have 16 active orders, however, I have no positions showing! All of a sudden, I get closed out of a bunch of positions?????? and..... with a system that was doing so good, boom!!!! Not so good! See attached!

edgeliner, sorry to hear - but no positions wouldn't have to mean no orders, couldn't those be resting entry orders then (not sure how your strategy is programmed to operate)? Since the second screenshot did not come through could you please reattach or email me with your logs / trace via Help >> Mail to Support so I could review what occurred?
