If a trade was fired and executed and either was a success or failure how do I tell it to not take any more trades like it for the rest of the day (but still allow other triggers to fire in the strategy if those have not fired and executed at least 1 trade for the day)?

Market orders or limit orders?

There are posts here about limit orders partialky filling and how to deal with that.

Who is you connection provider? Stocks or futures.

I suprisingly did have a future emini (ES) market order rejected at some 8:30 am jobs report... Error was something about market being locked out or something which really surprised me. This was with chart trader and not a strategy.
