Control center (strategies tab)

Clicking on the "Enable" checkbox and NT wont keep it checked, the strategy disappears briefly from the list and then reapears unchecked as If i had never checked it in the first place. I have a data connection so that has been ruled out. Any assistance is much appreciated.

*The "toy" just means something that is a stripped down version that isn't necessarily the whole logic. It makes things easier to rout out.
