What do you mean by blocked please? GC 12-12 would be fronth currently, as October is normally pretty illiquid.

Thanks, which data provider do you use with NT7? If you check for example in the Control Center while connected - do you see Level 1 data quotes coming in for GC 12-12?

Correct, you should be using the 12-12 contract.

Please go into the Instrument Manager Edit function for GC and ensure the rollover data for the 12-12 contract is set to July 31th.

Then reload your chat data please.
