Kinetick as primary freezes ninja

today I had Kinetick connected as primary feed and zenfire as secondary

Kinetick lost connection producing the errors attached

on second Kinetick reconnect...all charts were still frozen...even though zenfire had no disconnects

since both feeds push futures it is a poor fail-safe for ninja to not continue trading the NQ chart strategies using the zenfire feed

ninja did not recover until I manually disconnected Kinetick...I first tried a disconnect/reconnect of zen to see if that would unfreeze ninja...it did not

this is a problem since ninja is running on a dedicated server and meant to function unattended.... had I not been watching, I assume ninja would have stayed frozen forever and my positions would be ??

OnConnectionStatus code can be used to get around a Kinetick feed problem IF connected to zen as primary with broker (i.e. close positions, etc.)....however it would appear Kinetick should never be used as primary as ninja freezes and does not recover even though the Log says it will 'keep running..' the strategies and that Kinetick 'connection' is restored

did not find this documented anywhere...is this expected? or bug?
