BarsInProgress Error

I keep getting the following error when I start my strategy:

Order for Strategy 'CustomOne' was place in incorrect 'BarsInProgress' context. Order ignored.

I currently have my entry orders inside the code:
if {BarsInProgress == 0}
but my stop (ExitLongStop) and limit (ExitLongLimit) orders are not b/c I want them to begin working as soon as a position is started. What must I change to get rid of this error?
