Strategy Help with multiple confirmations

I am looking for a programmer that can program a strategy for me. I have tried contacting the programmers listed on the Ninja-Trader Main Page and have received no response. I am looking for someone who can program a strategy that uses multiple indicators that have to be a certain color, as well as indicators that have to be a certain direction, and price to be above a specific Moving Average. It is roughly for indicators used. I have tried programming it myself but being able to do that and having to set up all of the inputs for the different indicators is hard.

So, is there a programmer that actually responds that can do this for me for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time?

It seems as though I did find a programmer who created a strategy for me and did a great job of it. Thanks, though.
