Help Making strategy

Hello,

I'm not good at programming and am just beginning to learn to use NT. That said, I was wondering if I could get some help from someone who's patient and knows how code fib lines into a strategy that would scan for setups like the picture I've included. I like to swing trade and currently use online screeners for this but I would like to place it into a strategy that I can add elements to and optimize to become more reliable and profitable.
