Reload missing data after a temporary loss of connection

Hi there,

I am currently writing error-handling code for my strategy. Upon a loss of internet connectivity, followed by a re-establishment of that connectivity, I have noticed that Ninja doesn't automatically request a refresh of price data.

How can I get this done from inside the strategy, ie inside OnConnectionStatus() ?

Hi Dominique,

This is not currently available but I will add in your vote for this, currently assigned tracking ID # 1786.

This is not supported, but as a work around you could consider send keys for the keyboard shortcut for this. From a chart is Control + Shift + R. This will terminate and restart the strategy as well, along with an additional confirmation pop-up.
