Stop and Reverse

Hi,

if I have an open long position of 10 and I want to reverse into a short position of 10 should I:-
explicitly ExitLong(10) first
and then EnterShort(10)
or
will Ninja automatically handle the underlying logic via EnterShort(10)

What issues, if any should I be aware of?

Hello abfc123,
If you use the EnterShort(), then NinjaTrader will first close any long positions and then enter the short positions. You dont have to Exit the longs.
