Strategy stops randomly

Hi,

I have a strategy whose only job is to write the price out to a file. It keeps stopping by itself at random times, and has to be restarted. Any idea why this could be happening? I don't see anything in the log about an error.

When you say stopping, do you mean that it is removed from your charts? Are you by chance pressing the "CLOSE" button or "FLATTEN EVERYTHING" ? These actions will terminate a running strategy.

So 'Close' will stop all running strategies, not just close current positions? If so, that's probably it.
