Detect a new candle

Hi,

I have a strategy witch start a the current candle (120 Tick)

The stop condition is fonction of previous candle ... [1]

but the stop condition MUST start a the next candle after the strategy start,

how can I say
- after the next candle stop condition is valid ....
- detect a change of candle after the strategy Enter in the market
