What does the " [0][0] " notation mean?

I have run across NinjaScript that utilizes notation such as: PlotColors[0][0].
What is the function of [0][0]?

    Thanks.

    bill,

Those are indices to determine where you want to set the plot colors.

    Plotcolors[X][Y]

X is which plot you want to use. Y is how many bars ago you want to set the color.

Please let me know if I may assist further.

      Thanks Adam.
I'm such a rookie at NS, I need help understanding your answer.
Can you give me an example of what would be happening
by implementing 'which plot you want to use'?
      Thanks.
