Testing previous bar for rising/falling

Hi - we can obviously test the current bar (bar[0]) to see if it's rising by code such as:

Rising(EMA(Typical, 10)) == true

Is it possible in any way to apply this or a similar test to see if the previous bar (bar[1]) is rising?

Unfortunately you cannot do it via the Rising function. You can however custom code like

if (CurrentBar > 2 && Close[1] > Close[2])
{
   //do something
}
