How to get Total order quantity

I am using Unmanage Approach and have different IOrders for multiple orders. Say DefaultQuantity = 1. If I have 2 orders (2 lots of DefaultQuantity) with different IOrder's name and different limit price. How do I code a condition:
if ( total Order quantity > DefaultQuantity)

You can check the current positions quantity with the default quantity.

if (Position.Quantity > DefaultQuantity)
{
  //do something
}
