How is TimeStamp controlled?

I notice that the time stamp of each bar is not related to the timezone defined in my session manager and also not related to the time zone defined in my PC.
How can this parameter be controlled from NinjaTrader?

For Mirus/Zen-fire, timestamps on real-time data are native from Zen-Fire servers.

You would need to basically ensure your PC clock is synced to the correct time for data to match. You can use something like NIST's time service. NIST keeps the standard US times using an atomic clock.
