Need someone to help me develop an automated strategy

I'm trying to develop a strategy but I dont know how to program it into ninja trader so I would like to have someone help me build my strategy (prolly programmer), It's not clear exactly what i want to create because it's probably gonna need a lot of testing and tweaking if this goes far,
