User variables

Hi there I am just starting to create a system and was wondering in the condition builderr what User variables are and how I can incorperate them?

User variables are pre-made variables you can use to store values. An example of how you could use them may be for storing calculations that you use later in places like how many ticks you want your stop loss to be at.
