NT9+TT Velocity: issue at strategy level

Dear Sirs,

I have a very strange behaviour using TT+NT9 + Windows XP
I have developed an unmanaged strategy; this strategy as been tested for 2 weeks using Sim101
and it works fine.

Then I decided to put live the strategy using TT+Velocity as broker provider.

This is what happen:

1- As soon as the strategy enter LONG the strategy position does not change (still flat) but in the Position TAB I am LONG

2- The strategy does not plot in the chart (Chart Trader enabled) the entry marker (I am 100% sure that in "Data Series" "Plot executions" is enabled)

3- In the Chart (Chart Trader enabled) I am FLAT

This behaviour is the same if I use MANAGED logic: just verified 5 minutes ago


In the next hours I would like to repeat these tests using a fresh installation on WIndows 7

Can you please help me?

Hi GB, I understand this was traded / executed on a live account at TT / Velocity, correct? Could you please email me via Help > Mail to Support so I could review your logs / traces for this issue?

yes, I am LIVE.

I will repeat the test in the next 2 hours: as soon as I see the strange behaviour I will
send you the trace/log file.

On my side I have added several Print statement to fully understand what is happening

Hello,
everything is OK: a fresh installation on a Windows 7 PC and now the strategy is Ok.

I will uninstall NT on Windows XP PC and then install again deleting NinjaTrader 7 directory.
As soon as I am ready I will communicate you the results.
