Remove Indicator allowed via right-click

Hi guys,
when a strategy uses Add() to load indicators onto the chart, if a user goes to the indicators dialogue window and attempts to remove it, the task is not allowed (correctly) because the indicator is associated with a strategy.

If a user right-clicks on the right hand side of the chart, however, a contextual menu DOES allow the removal of an indicator. This is not desired, and is inconsistent behaviour within Ninja.
