Time filter function (trade on current time)

Hellow everyone!

I need a function, that allows to regulate commerce expert on time.
For example, prohibit the trading on Wednesday or Friday.
And, for example, to trade with only 10 to 20 hours at 0 GMT.

If you have such a function, please share
