I'm calling a strategy that can plot 3 different colors on a line (Rising, Falling, Neutral). Is there a method to use in a strategy to determine which color plotted on the previous bar?

Hello,
Unfortunately it would not be possible to read the color of a previous bar.
However you should be able to access the conditions which define when the bar is colored a certain color, which should give you the same information.
