    Hello,

    To restore the original settings for your instruments, please reset your instrument and restart NinjaTrader.

    To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

      I did the steps you suggested
      1) Tools->Options->Data->Reset Instruments
      2) Close and reopen NT
      3) Same

      Then I tried creating a new window for 6E and its still not right
      The prices on right are in range of 1195
      And another odd thing is the time across the bottom is 7:30:14???

        Hello,

        Can you please go to Tools--> Instrument Manager--> locate the 6E instrument--> click on the "Misc" tab--> Scroll down to the Symbol Map section.

        Please tell me what symbol is loaded here for your provider.

            Hello,

            Those settings should be correct. As a last step and given you are comfortable doing so, please rename your database with the following steps :
            • Shutdown NinjaTrader and Go to the Start Menu
            • Select My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> DB--> NinjaTrader.SDF.
            • Right click on NinjaTrader.SDF and select "Rename." *Name it "OLDNinjaTrader.SDF."
            • Then restart the software and NinjaTrader will create a fresh database file to use
            • Unfortunately the following items stored in the old database will be lost – ATM Strategy templates, Session templates, Instrument Lists / Custom Instruments and historical trade execution data

            To prevent running into situations where you can potentially lose important data, we advise to run regular backups via our inbuild backup feature in NinjaTrader - http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/helpGuides/nt7/creating_a_backup_archive.htm

            If you are not comfortable recreating your database, or if this does not correct the results you are seeing, please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with 'attn: matthew' in the subject line and a reference to this thread.

            Please also include a land line phone number and a good date/time you can be reached.
