Kinetick feed not working

Hello,

I have registered with Kinetick (about an hour ago), and everything worked just fine when I connected the first time. Since the second time I connected the chart and prices in the control centre has been stuck on the last values that was displayed when I disconnected the first time. In the bottom left it says "Connected - Kinetick". If I disconnect and connect using the simulated data feed the prices in the control centre runs again, but when I open a new chart it opens with the same "stuck" chart as before. I can add a trade but can not see any bar movement.

Is there any way to solve the issue, or am just missing something very obvious?

Wim, the markets are currently closed, so there will be no price updates until they reopen Sunday evening (probably Sunday noonish in London).
