What is the status in the strategies tab of the control center? Do you see the strategy colored green, yellow, or white?

an other question, if we want to place an order like enterlongstoplimit (102 , 100) and the market quote 110 is it possible ? if not how can we place an order between 100 and 102 ?

enterlonglimit is only filled at 100 (not sure to be filled)
enterlong is a market order and we are not sure to be filled at 100

Green highlighted "Strategy" cell indicates a currently running strategy.
Yellow highlighted "Strategy" cell indicates the strategy is waiting until it reaches a flat position to be in sync with the account position before fully starting. (Please see the options Strategies Tab section for configuration options)
White highlighted "Strategy" cell indicates a disabled strategy.


For your latest post Joydeep responded to you via email. Please, in the future do not make duplicate requests.

If the current market price is 110, then

EnterLongStopLimit order cannot be placed at (102,100). You broker/exchange will reject it. A long stop limit order has to be above the current market price. In such scenario simply place an EnterLongLimit order.



EnterLongLimit order at 100 will be filled only if price comes down to that level.

EnterLong is a market order and the same will be filled @110 on order submission.

ok thanks,

the light in the strategy is colored green. i try to test my strategy with the external data feed connection and the strategy does not run. the strategy is still waiting to buy 1 contrat at 6100 (limit order) since the beggenning of the connection at data feed (8:00 am ) and the quotation is 6150 at the moment when i try to launch the strategy. so it is blocked !! what can i do ?

Based on the price of the order, and the price you are reporting as current, there is no reason to expect a limit order to be filled. Trading would have to go from 6150 to 6100 before you can expect your order to be filled.

What are you using to supply data with the external data feed? Do you see prices updating for this? To verify, select this instrument using the order tab of the control center, and check you have bid, ask, last updates.
