Elapsed Time for Prior Bar

I'm trying to determine the time span between the previous bar's close and it's prior bar's close. I can get it in Seconds, but need something less than that. I've tried using the .Milliseconds method but am not getting any results. Is there a thread out there that could give me some suggestions?

I suppose I could create a variable and load it with the System time at FTOB and then calculate the difference, but that would only work on a Live connection and not Historical. True? Any suggestions?

right would be realtime only.
