Is there a way to programmatically pull up any session template (as well as list all the session templates on the system)?

Hi Jeremy,
Neither of these are supported but to identify the session template for a bar object you could use:
Print(Bars.Session.TemplateName.ToString());
All session template information is stored in the database, but we can't advise the exact place where it's stored or how to access it.Ryan M.NinjaTrader Customer Service
