I've included the code as per below as I intend to only trade from 19:57 to 00:03:-

It works fine except when I'm going from a Long to Short position like

I get stopped out at the same price.

How do I resolve this? I've also attached a chart for your reference

You are not using named signals, so reset your StopLoss before any entry. When you reverse the way that you have coded, NT actually takes you flat then enters a new order in the opposite direction. You are supposed to reset the StopLoss whenever you go flat.

So should I, for example, put SetStopLoss line before the EnterShort()?

Yes, you should be resetting before your enter method. It would be best practice to reset your stop loss to the original value when flat at the beginning of OnBarUpdate.
