Setting Initial Stop Loss Using ATM

I'm using a strategy that incorporates an ATM template, which works well for me in terms of stop trailing and manual stop movement. However, with an ATM incorporated in the code is there any way to set the initial stop loss on the entry bar to be 2 ticks lower than the bar low (for long trades)?
