instruction time optimizations

Hi, any success in optimizing instruction time can never catch range unrealistic values, eg I have a range ----- optimize my system startTime 1500 - 2100, 1600-2100 hours and often end optimizer startTime me back as 1700 values and end time 1600 and then the statistics always come out 0, resulting in lost time, thank you.
