Using CQG with NinjaTrader

I've tried to connect with CQG only to get errors. When I contacted the broker he told me that I needed to uninstall NT and re--install. Is this true? Why would I need to do this when it was working fine with ZenFire? Why are brokers limiting use of NinjaTrader to 1 month? It takes more than that to learn the program. And then I have to find another broker. And then they say you already had a ZenFire demo. Why the limitations for a demo?

This may be the case if the CQG adapter is not installed correctly. However I do not have the diagnostic information in front of me to confirm this.

A basic uninstall and reinstall will not delete any of your data and is safe to perform this.

Finally, as for the trial times this is something you needed to discuss with your broker. I know that there is only so long they can provide free data and thus the limitation. Also, you can use the free simulated data feed that is fake generated data used for learning in NinjaTrader as well if you are still learning the software.
