Help with coding strategies

Hi all,
My apologies if I am posted in the wrong section; pls move to the right section if necessary.
I am not a programmer; but will need some coding done. Can someone refer any 3rd party who can help with programming?
I have taken an interest in the MACD crossover strategy that Josh posted. However, I want to give it some filters to limit when to buy and sell. Basically to buy only when crossover is below zero line and sell when above zero line.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Jack, you can do much basic strategy work in our Strategy Wizard also, that would allow you to set this up without custom programming involved via it's point and click interface :

I got it figured out using wizard now.
Is there a way to write divergences on indicators using wizard?

Glad to hear it Jack - for divergences this would need more coding outside of what the wizard is capable of, there are some good custom indicator works though found in the sharing:
