I want to have a strategy that initiates a new trade at the beginning of every bar without conflict from unfilled target and stop orders from the prev. bar. So far I did have some conflict when a price gapped at the opening tick and triggered a stop from the previous bar and then the first tick entry order for the bar was rejected by NT. If I change the code so that it enters on the second tick will conflicts like that go away or does the strategy wait for confirmation of cancellations from TWS?
